They do help you out but it took forever. I didn't like the fact they ran 7 places for a credit check, so 7 hard hits. I have 730 credit with no negative comments.. Grrr. Not anymore. 700 now.
Horrible dealerships!! I've been twice and walked all over the car lot. I didn't EVEN see a sales person either time.
In fact- there is not one single positive that I can mention except that Hutch (finance guy) was personable and sympathetic/apologetic to our ridiculous situation that we were put in.
Awful. Just awful. From the search of my car to driving it off of the lot, awful.
