I purchased the "premium" floral arrangement online (the best possible upgrade) and was disappointed to see the actual arrangement in person. They did not even include a dozen roses, and the arrangement was very bare and there was a lot of open greenery, where there should have been flowers for that upgraded price.

Basically, the arrangement we received did NOT match the quality of the upgrade as depicted online.
Today I ordered an arrangement with my mother's favorite flowers, yellow roses and white daises. I asked the lady to add $15 worth of extra love to spruce them up to a premium arrangement.
Have had nothing but long life span extremely high quality products from here,very understanding
