Went to Sears Hometown Store in Corinth Mississippi to shop for a washer. They had a large selection and the salespeople seemed to know their products well. We found a washer we liked, at a decent price, easily opened up a Sears Card account to get interest free benefits and free delivery! They even gave us an extra 10% off because it was a special sale day! Just wish I could take one of the crew to our house to help us do all of the laundry we'very got piled up, lol!
Two of the most caring and generous people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They went above and beyond for my husband and I. Thank you just doesn't do their act of kindness justice.
Went in looking for a microwave. The owner took the time personally to show us all they had available and even loaded it in our car for us. Excellent service!!
Great place and great prices. And unlike the big box stores, theirs allways somebody to help you with product information.
Totally agree with the owners being very friendly if I was rating them on friendliness I would give them 5. Having a bad experience with one of the appliances we purchased. When it was delivered The left door had a dent under the handle and a rub mark all the way down from the dent. The owners said they would order a new door. After two months the door came in. They had order the wrong side. The delivery guy told me they would reorder and request expidete shipment so we would receive it faster. This was in June. Then I was scheduled to be at the store Aug 15th. Still no door. I called Sears parts department and talk to two different people who both told me their was no order for it. The only order they show was for the door that was ship wrong. The store manager did read me an email from them. Who ever is at fault for me not having this problem corrected has me not wanting to do further business with Sears. I do think nicely of the owners but this was bad business. Six months now and it has not been corrected.
