Amazeing, had appointment with Dr, call no names. Got there don't guess Dr knew about it, they said just hope he would drop by. Assistant looked at situation & said it was well & had never seen a Dr to even verify how bad it was..I have never in my life saw anything like this. The Dr is a wonderful person, but someone that made that appointment is giving this a bad name. The 2 stars are for the people that knew anything about this. To the person that made
The staff here is wonderful to their patients. However, there is a certain few that shouldnt have a job here. Me and my friend have been in the sugerical icu waiting room since her mom went in for a triple bypass (monday but been here since Sunday) . We have stayed here every night with her because everyone else went home to sleep. With that being said we gotten woke up this morning by a security guard pretty much tellin us it isn’t an hotel. Of coarse we know that but Jesus Christ y’all won’t let but one person back there with anyone at night and I am her way to and from. I just find it very ignorant for someone to come and say something to us when we literally only have like 2 more days of our staying not only that there has beeen more people stay in here more than a day or two at a time.
I've always been treated kindly and quickly. They have updated their program for treating patients who come in just for tests so it is easier and faster.
Instead of trying to help our child, these horrendous people did nothing but threaten my wife and I!! Then fabricated statements to Children Services! They did NOTHING to help our son! The only nice thing was that cps was able to help us with providing him the help he needed. It’s sad that after taking him to the hospital, it was cps that could help us and not the hospital that had a duty to! This place is GARBAGE! I’ll go down to IMA in Tupelo from now on! The funny thing, the cps worker was able to see this place for the bunch of liars they are! I am a 45 year old truck driver. However, these IDIOTS accuse me of “dragging” my son in there without allowing him to walk, and it “appeared” that I was on drugs!! Ya, DOT and my company won’t allow that to happen!! You know what they say, when you “assume”...... I took my son in there holding on to his shoulder so he couldn’t run, and told them - he’s says he’s suicidal and he’s a danger to himself and others. They did nothing but point fingers, make accusations, and made a false report to cps. Nothing to actually help him!! If you need help, this isn’t the place to be! If you’re there.... RUN!!!
I have dealt with this hospital for years. It is a Class A facility. Friendly, helpful, compassionate staff. A credit to the community.
