The Corinth Inn & Suites has new owners and is affordable compared to other ones in the area. They have redone some of the rooms and are still working on the rest. There is a gentlemen's club also there called "Cherries". They offer food and drink specials all the time.
Terrible place. Room was dirty. Breakfast area was dusty. Nothing looked fresh. This place doesn't deserve 1 star.
This place was awful considering they charge the same rates as other budget accommodations . I wanted to stay at a local place to support a local business but this was not worth supporting as they don't care about their guests. The lobby reeks of damp carpet, the ref and heater made noise, the bathroom was dirty and needs update.
This is an awful place to stay! We booked it as a cheap place to stop as we were traveling through. It is not a family friendly place as the rooms are filthy and scary and there is a strip joint attached. My husband killed a cockroach, there was writing on the sheet, we did not have a bathtub either. If I had known about the strip joint, we never would have booked this! The breakfast was awful also! The tables were dirty and there was only cereal and waffles. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this motel! Oh yeah, there was also a bloody booger on the ceiling and the remote batteries did not work!
Location is the only plus. Was looking for an economy simple hotel but discovered it's not even that high. First as we entered our room no lights worked except bathroom and sink area. Told front desk, they did nothing. We stayed 3 nights. Towels were minimal. Curtains cut at bottom, half hanging sloppy. We found a used towel hanging over the shower curtain when we were getting ready for sleep. Must not have adequate staff bc beds halfway made each day, didn't change sheets. Last night there upon arriving at room at midnight, police had our room cordoned off bc a shooting had just occurred and they didn't want the crime scene tainted bc the victim had run up and down the sidewalk In front of our room bleeding before going to his room upstairs. Plus the police were still hunting the shooter. We would have checked out but knew the police would be there awhile investigating so once they let us back after 1:00am we just slept and left early. Btw they say free breakfast but only if you like cereal & waffle with no syrup or anything else. My room was $50 plus $10 for tax. One plus is there was a nice frig & microwave in the room and Tv had good cable channels. Oh yea there's a gentleman's club attached to the lobby. That was an unexpected discovery after check-in.
