Usually know exactly what to expect at a Cracker Barrel anywhere on the planet. Every now and then food will be cold or old from sitting too long before serving but overall usually pretty good. I never send anything back to the kitchen unless it's really bad but did send my eggs back at this C.B. because they were very under cooked. Waiter was nice but by the time my eggs were served everyone else was finished with their meal and unbelievably my eggs were cooked, close to what I ordered, but were cold.
Biscuits were hard and appeared old. My pancakes had an odd taste. The eggs were not really scrambled, just mixed up while they were cooking. The country ham and bacon was good. The cashier and waitress was very nice. This was a take home meal.
Good food at good prices. Staff always courteous. Love walking around store part and finding my favorite candies. Found my Whatyoumacallits there.
Better, cleaner, and more consistant than most Cracker Barrels. Quick and attentive service. I eat there once a month and have never been disappointed. Always get breakfast and it's always fresh and tastes like they just cooked it. Wouldn't go there for date night or a romantic evening out, but I would take the wife and kids and have a nice family meal without worrying about annoying other customers.
I don't recommend ordering or should I say trying to order catered meals from this location. The entire staff is completely incompetent when it comes to the ordering process. You are told to order online because it's simpler. That might be the case if you don't need to edit your order... I was passed to 2 different managers the first time I called. The second time I called I was told to speak to another lady the next day. I tried that only to be told she didn't know how to change my order. Then, I was passed to yet another manager who didn't know either. I cancelled our order for Thanksgiving dinner because of this. I will NEVER order from not eating here again!
