Absolute bullcrap. Sold us a recliner and when we go to pick it up apparently they had labeled the wrong price on it. Then try to blame us for not know that it was the wrong price. Rude on the phone and vulgar towards customers. Purely ridiculous
We hooked up our trailer and headed to Corinth to buy a mattress set and look at chairs and other furniture for a college apartment. We found some great deals in both the store and the clearance center. It was a stormy day and the staff had to work through some challenges to get us rang up on some of our purchases. Everyone that worked with us was friendly and there was no pressure like the kind you see in some furniture stores.
We purchased a completely new living room, and were well pleased with the service, quality, and prices.

Even though we were made to feel unique, probably because of the circumstances, I got the feeling that the owners would have done that for anyone, that that kind of service in the store was part of their success. Price and service - high marks in my book and I will go back as we need more furniture in the future.

The owner and his wife were there and saw most of the event unfold. He came over to my wife and I and asked for a few more minutes to get it straightened out. We talked for about 15 more minutes and the paperwork fell into place. They got all of my mattresses, chairs, and other pieces loaded and tied down in good time and we made it home with no problems.
We found enough bargains that we decided to try to finance a few pieces of furniture. We started the process at around 4pm and 2 hours later, we were still there waiting for the paperwork to finish. I am not very patient and paperwork delays drive me nuts, especially on a stormy day when rain could ruin your purchases as you haul them home. The paperwork glitches were all on the external company and not with Casabellas, but it was going to effect our salesperson if we walked away without purchasing anything.
