We bought a reclining sofa, was suppose to be high quality... What a joke. The parts that open and close the recliner keep falling apart. It takes about an hour to get back together. Never again will I buy furniture that is made by them.
The worst furniture I've ever purchased. The website is a joke, I can't reach anyone at all to make a complaint. They do business with Conns in Houston and the furniture is crap. After 5 months the recliners have broken down and no one wants to do anything about! Horrible! Will not recommend!
I gave it a 1 because there was no zero. I bought a loveseat (supposedly leather. At 13 months it was peeling where it was sewn, and now it is cracking. This is really cheap materials they use. I would warn anyone to check the tag under the bottom and see if it is made by this company. If so, don't buy. Spend a little more and get quality mrerchandise.
